Create multiple workspaces within your BoloSign account to separate documents, templates, and team members by department, client, project, or business unit. Switch between workspaces with one click. Each workspace has its own documents, templates, branding settings, and team members - keeping everything organised and ensuring the right people see only what they need to see.
How Does Workspaces Work?
Go to Settings -> Workspaces -> Create Workspace. Name it (e.g., 'Sales Team', 'Client A', 'Legal Department'). Add team members to each workspace. Each workspace has its own document library, template library, and branding settings. Switch between workspaces from the top navigation dropdown. Documents created in one workspace are not visible in others unless shared explicitly.
