Could you tell us the problem you faced before using BoloForms Approvals?

Sarah: As a DTC brand, we have a large team of employees and contractors working remotely across the country. One of our biggest challenges was managing the approval process for various tasks such as employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and time-off requests.

For instance, when an employee submits a reimbursement request, the form is automatically routed to their manager for approval. If the amount is above a certain threshold, it's then sent to the finance team for further review. The same goes for time-off requests and vendor payments.

Instead, we can set up the form to automatically send approval requests to the relevant managers based on the employee's department or project. This has reduced the risk of errors and made the process much faster.
